Buried soldiers shot at the beginning of August 1919 by O. Denikin's army; participants of the civil war who died in 1918 - 20; 168 soldiers who died on February 21 and August 10-19, 1943
during the liberation of the city from fascist invaders and died of wounds in hospitals. The names of 20 participants in the civil war and 168 Soviet soldiers are known. In 1956, a concrete sculpture of a warrior was installed on the grave. In 1971, the remains of the dead participants of the civil war were transferred to the grave. In the same year, reconstruction was carried out: the sculpture of a warrior was replaced by a concrete sculpture of a girl with a violin in her hands in a kneeling posture on a brick pedestal. To the left of the sculpture, 21 marble slabs with the names of participants in the civil war, liberating soldiers and 480 names of compatriots who died during the Second World War are installed on concrete bases. To the left of the slabs is a cemented brick stele, on which are fixed marble boards with a memorial inscription. In 1985, a pylon was installed next to the slabs in honor of country soldiers.
