73 soldiers who died on August 18, 1943 during the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders and died of wounds are buried here. The names of all the dead are known. In 1946, the remains of soldiers from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which an obelisk was erected in the same year. In 1960, the obelisk was replaced by a concrete sculpture of a warrior and two concrete slabs with the names of fallen soldiers were installed. On the front side of the pedestal there is a plaque with a memorial inscription. In 1967, a brick-cemented stele was installed to the left of the sculpture, on which two cast-iron boards with the names of 38 compatriot soldiers who died during the Second World War were fixed.
