The Dnipro Military Flotilla took part in the defence operations of the South-Western Front, to which it was operationally subordinated. The flotilla (Commander - Rear Admiral D.D. Rogachev, Chief of Staff - Captain II Rank G.I. Brakhman, Commander of the Kyiv Military Port, Member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine - Captain II Rank S.S.
