87 Soviet soldiers who died in September 1941 during defensive battles for the village and who died during the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders in September 1943 were buried. The village was liberated on September 8, 1943. In 1958, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, where in the same year, a concrete sculpture of a warrior on a brick pedestal was installed. In 1982, reconstruction was carried out: a granite slab with a memorial inscription was placed on the grave. 12 granite slabs with the names of 182 compatriot soldiers who died during the Second World War are placed behind the grave on a semicircular concrete base. war and inscription.
