The house is one-story, wooden, under an iron roof, with a veranda. The total area is 40 square meters. Yakiv Pavlovich Holovach lived in this building from 1923 to 1940 [9.12.1923, p. Paliivka - March 23, 1945, Demeno (Republic of Poland)] - Hero of the Soviet Union. The Paliivska ZOSH and the street of his native village are named after him. In 1978, a concrete memorial plaque with an inscription and a bas-relief image of Ya. Holovach and the Star of the Hero of the Soviet Union was installed on the facade of the building.
