The monument is located near the "Testament" museum. This museum is dedicated to the life and work of an outstanding Ukrainian writer. To commemorate the 200th anniversary of the poet's birth in 2014, a new black polished granite plaque was attached to the pedestal, with an inscription of a text excerpt copied from the facsimile edition of the “Three Summers” collection.
