The monument, executed according to a typical design, consists of a glass-concrete bust placed on a narrow plinth and a rectangular high pedestal. A two-step wide plinth gives the composition stability. In 1976, the monument was moved to the boulevard named after him, the pedestal, which was previously plastered with cement, was changed.
