Chechyotkin Leonid (1924 - 42) is an underground partisan who died while performing a combat mission. In April 1942, during a military operation in the area of In Stara Huta (now Seredino-Budsky district, Sumy region), the scout neutralized the combat guards of the occupiers, but he himself was mortally wounded. The granite bust of the young partisan is placed on a high prismatic brick on a granite-lined pedestal with an annotated inscription made in superimposed letters.
