Pavlo Arsentiyovych Hrabovskyi (1864 - 1902) is an outstanding Ukrainian poet and publicist. The monument was erected for the 100th anniversary. A cast-iron bust on a brick four-sided, slightly tapering upward plastered pedestal, which has a two-step plinth and is set on a small rectangular platform with slightly cut corners, also brick and cemented. There is an inscription on the pedestal.
