The monument's authors, sculptor and Honored Artist of Ukraine Petro Ostapenko and Honored Architect of Ukraine Oleh Stukalov, depicted Maksym Tadeyovych at work. The monument adorns the central entrance to the Holosiivskyi Rylskyi Park. It was in this district of the capital on Tarasivska Street that the future knight of words was born on March 19, 1895.
