Monument of monumental art. Order of the ICMS dated 02/10/2020 No. 630. Security number 3203-Sm. The monument was erected for the 80th anniversary of the artist's birth. The ferroconcrete figure of the kobzar is placed on a low rectangular pedestal made of the same material.
