Installed on the site of one of the first bases prepared by the organizers of the partisan movement in Hlukhiv region. Initially, there was a group of 10 people in the Sloutsky forests, isolated by the Glukhiv partisan detachment headed by P. Kulbaka. In November 1941, the entire Glukhiv partisan unit joined the group. On November 21, the Glukhov partisans gave the first battle to the German-Nazi invaders who attacked their camp and repelled all enemy attacks. On January 27, 1942, the Glukhiv partisan unit merged with the Putivl partisan unit of S. Kovpak, and at the beginning of February 1942, it became a combat unit of the Sumy partisan unit. In 1966, a rectangular reinforced concrete pylon was erected in honor of the Glukhiv partisan detachment. On its front side there are two tablets with inscriptions.
