The Glory Monument is a column of the Tuscan order on a cubic granite pedestal. The upper plane is surrounded by a cast-iron lattice, the decorative risers of which are made in the form of sheathed swords, with the blade turned to the ground, which symbolized the end of military operations. The edges of the pedestal are decorated with high-relief bronze compositions with Roman military paraphernalia. In the center of the composition from the southeast and northwest sides there are large bronze rings in the form of snakes holding their tails, the so-called "ring of return" - an allegory of the eternity and repetition of the world.
