In the center of the city, 82 prisoners of war of the Red Army are buried in a mass grave. On November 17, 1919, units of the 41st Rifle Division under the command of Yu. Sablin and the 45th
the Red Banner Rifle Division under the command of Y.Yakir captured the town of Glukhiv. During the retreat, the Denikinites were captured in the village. On the banks of the Red Army and in the Borok tract, they were cut down with sabers. In 1957, the remains of the executed were moved to the city center and buried in the cemetery
the grave The names of the executed have not been established. 502 Soviet soldiers and 5 partisans were buried in two mass graves. Among the buried are soldiers who died during defensive battles from the end of August to September 7, 1941.
