40 Komsomol members and local activists were buried. Shot by the White Guards in 1919. On September 27, 1919, units of White Guard General Denikin captured Glukhiv. In October 1919, 40 Komsomol members and young people sympathizing with them were captured and shot, who were buried in a mass grave. Surnames of the dead are unknown. In 1966, a brick obelisk crowned with a star was installed on the mass grave.
