A wooden single-stage windmill of a pillar structure, which belongs to the type of steps, that is, with a rotating body. Located on a hill behind the village by the road. It is a one-tier four-sided frame cage, which is fixed on a stand (a pillar buried in the ground). For structural stability the base is arranged in the form of a square log with a height of 3 crowns, fixed on wooden standards and 4 corner stones. A crossbar is put on the stand - that is, two logs, fastened together with a cage frame and a powerful crossbar or bow, which serves to turn the hull in the direction of the wind. A classic type of small windmill, widely distributed from the 2nd floor. 18th century in the steppe and forest-steppe zone of Ukraine.
