In 1971, the tank "T-34" was installed on a pedestal made of concrete and crushed stone in honor of the combat merits of the Marshal of the Armored Forces, General colonel-general, commander of the 3rd Guards Tank Army, Hero of the Soviet Union Pavel Semenovich Rybalko (1894 - 1948). There is an inscription on the front side of the pedestal.
