Rybalko Pavlo Semenovych (04.11.1894, village of Maly Vystorop - 19.02.1948, city of Moscow) - Hero of the Soviet Union (06.04.1945), marshal of armored forces. Tank units under his command crushed the enemy near Stalingrad, Oryol, liberated Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Lviv from the fascists, took Dresden, Berlin, and Prague. For outstanding services to the Armed Forces, he was awarded two orders of Lenin, two orders of the Red Banner, three orders of Suvorov 1st degree, many orders and medals of foreign countries.
