After the death of the detachment commander Karpov K.G. near the village Revka, the detachment was led by Kamai M.E. From the beginning of April, the partisans fought hard battles with the enemy. On May 5, 1942, almost all of them died in the last battle. In 1968, a reinforced concrete obelisk with a five-pointed star on top and a dedicatory inscription on the front side was installed at the site of the last battle.
