Volodymyr Ovsyannikov, born in 1923, senior lieutenant, assistant chief of staff of the 1664 fighter anti-tank artillery regiment of the 40th army of the Voronezh Front. Died in battle on September 12, 1943. Hero of the Soviet Union. Buried: village Krasna Luka.
