Monument of monumental art. Order of the MKMS dated February 10, 2020 No. 630. Security number 3039-Sm. In Bilopillya, a museum dedicated to the life of the famous native has been opened. A bronze bust of the educator is installed on a rectangular concrete pedestal on a two-tier stylobate. The pedestal has an explanatory inscription in raised letters. The realistically executed sculptural portrait of A. Makarenko stands out with careful shaping of the plastic form and refined modeling of facial features. Although the monument is generally simple, the composition of the bust is dynamically enhanced by the turn of the head. Following the typical spatial-compositional scheme, it belongs to the so-called bust monuments. It is designed for both frontal and circular viewing and is well integrated into the surroundings of the square. Photo is from sitehttps://bilopillya-meria.gov.ua/album/3264/
