In the last century, Luchky village was famous throughout the Soviet Union - it was made famous by Anna Ladani, an agricultural innovator who was twice a Hero of Socialist Labor (1949, 1956). Since 1947, she has worked as a link worker at the Lenin collective farm. The link she headed became famous for its high, sustainable yields of sunflower and corn. She was a delegate to the XXII Congress of the CPSU and the XXI, XXIII, and XXIV Congresses of the Communist Party of Ukraine. In 1960-1971, she was a member of the Audit Commission of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine. She was elected to the Verkhovna Rada of the Ukrainian SSR of the 3rd-8th convocations. The then Secretary General Nikita Khrushchev twice visited V. Luchky to see how the cabbage was grown here. In the center, a bronze bust of a diligent worker, which was erected during her lifetime in 1961, gleams like the church's domes. This is how the woman from Lutsk, known throughout the Union, was honored. That was in those days. Nowadays, few contemporaries know the name of Hanna Ladani.
