Oleksiy Mazurenko (1917-2007) was a military pilot. During the war, he fought in the attack aircraft of the Black Sea and Baltic fleets. Made 315 sorties. Twice Hero of the Soviet Union (1942, 1944). Since 1972 - Major General of Aviation. The bronze bust of the Hero is installed in his homeland in the village of Ustinivka
