Monument of monumental art
Order dated 02.03.10 No. 58/0/16-10
919. The monument was erected in honor of the innovator of agricultural production. An important component of Yevhen Blazhevsky achievements was his skillful selection work on improving and breeding new hybrids of corn. He lived in his native village of Lyubomyrka. He died on August 28, 1973. He was buried at the cemetery of the village of Lubomyrka.
In 1963, a bronze bust of Yevgeny Blazhevsky, a two-time Hero of Socialist Labor, was installed in the village of Lubomyrka, Podilsky (Kotovsky) district. In the 1990s, it was stolen, a stele was erected in his city.
