Monument of monumental art Order dated 20.06.2008 No. 728/0/16-08 435 - Od The historical and toponymic commission of the Odesa City Council agreed to move the monument to Leo Tolstoy from the square of the same name in the city. The commission made the decision at a meeting on March 16, 2023, but the monument is still in place. The fact is that the relocation of this monument requires the decision of the deputies of the Odessa City Council. The monument to Leo Tolstoy will be moved from the eponymous square to a specially equipped open-air museum space in Odessa.
