The inscription on the front face of the pedestal reads: "A. Suvorov". Under it, in a relief frame of military attributes, the text in Russian: "There was no fortress stronger, there was no defense of desperate defense of Izmail. But Ishmael was taken. Suvorov. 1790". On the other three faces of the pedestal in a relief frame are the inscriptions: "Kinburn 1787", "Fokshani 1789", "Rymnyk 1789".

Monument of monumental art 150014-N. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2009 No. 928. The monument is a bronze equestrian monument on a cast-iron pedestal. Polished granite plinth. A platform made of cement slabs. The figure is slightly turned to the right. The head is strongly turned to the right, slightly raised. In the extended and raised right hand is a triangle. The corners of the pedestal are rounded. On top of it is a wreath, wrapped with a ribbon. Local deputies decided to dismantle the monument to Suvorov in Izmail, Odesa region, in the fall of 2022. For the period of resolving the issue of its transfer, it was placed on the territory of the communal enterprise "Izmail Production Department of Water Supply and Sewerage"
