Monument of monumental art 150005-N. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2009 No. 928. A monument to Volodymyr Petrovych Filatov was erected in 1967 on the territory of the V. P. Filatov Institute of Eye Diseases and Tissue Therapy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, which he founded and headed from 1936 to 1956. The monument is a full-face bust-portrait of V. P. Filatov with the image of a hand, made together with a pedestal from a single marble block
