Monument of monumental art 150004-N. Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 3, 2009 No. 928. The monument is a bust placed on a high square granite pedestal. Below the bust is a lyre, behind it, diagonally, is a feather and a five-pointed star with a ray facing down. This location of the star symbolized the poet's connection with the Polar Star almanac. Once the star was made of crystal, it was even supposed to be illuminated with electricity, but the project was not implemented. In the lower part of the pedestal, it is hit from four corners by jets of water pouring out of the mouths of sea creatures (stylized dolphins) and falling into four large bronze vases located at the corners of the pedestal at its foundation. The water, overflowing the vases, flows into a large granite tank that frames the monument. In 2022, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine excluded from the State Register immovable monuments of cultural heritage of national significance
