Volodymyr Ivanovich Zatulivyter (February 29, 1944, Vesele, Okhtyrka district, Sumy region - January 15, 2003, Buchak village, Kanivskyi district, Cherkasy region) is a Ukrainian poet, novelist, publicist, translator and journalist. Laureate of the literary prizes named after Pavlo Tychyna and Pavlo Usenko. Member of the Union of Writers of Ukraine since 1977.
