5 soldiers who died during the defensive battles in September 1941 and 22 soldiers who died during the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders in September 1943 were buried. The village was liberated on September 9, 1943. The names of 27 dead are known. In 1958, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which a concrete obelisk was installed in the same year. On its front side there are two metal boards with consecration inscriptions and the names of the dead.
