Pavlo Fedorovych Opadchiy - a participant in the civil war. During the civil war, he served in the division of M. Shchors as a battalion commander. Died in the battle near Bila Tserkva. According to the personal instructions of M. Shchors, his body was sent to his homeland. In 1919, a tombstone was installed on the grave of P. Opadchyo. The remains of the deceased were moved to the center of the village and a brick obelisk crowned with a five-pointed star was erected. There is a memorial inscription on its front side.
