A Soviet soldier who died on October 4, 1941 during defensive battles is buried in one mass grave; 41 warriors who died 4 September 1943 in the battles for the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders; a partisan from the partisan unit of S. Kovpak, who died in 1942. The names of all the dead are known soldiers In 1957, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which in the same year a reinforced concrete sculpture of a grieving mother was installed on a brick pedestals A board with an inscription is fixed at the foot of the monument.
