67 Soviet soldiers were buried. Among them are soldiers who died in the defensive battles for the village in early September 1941, when the village was in the line of operations of the units, and soldiers who died on September 1, 1943 in the battles for the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders. The names of seven warriors are known. In 1957, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which in the same year a reinforced concrete sculpture of a warrior with a memorial inscription on a brick pedestal was installed.
