A soldier who died during defensive battles for the village on September 1, 1941 is buried. Surname and military rank of the deceased are unknown.
In 1946, a wooden obelisk was installed on the grave, replaced in 1985 with a metal one. On its front side there is a board with a bas-relief image of a soldier's face in a helmet and an inscription.
