The sculptural ensemble consists of two obelisks. On one - a statue of Prometheus bent with his head thrown back, chained. On the second is a modern Prometheus, in the image of which a worker is presented with a hammer in his right hand, who seems to break the bonds of evil. The face with an open mouth is directed upwards (expression of protest). The figures of the worker and Prometheus stand next to the high stele, which enlarge the monument, give the composition integrity.
