Soldiers who died in August 1943 during the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders and died of wounds in the hospitals stationed here are buried. The village was finally liberated on August 8, 1943. In 1958, the remains of soldiers from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which a concrete sculpture of a soldier was installed in the same year. On the front side of the brick plinth is a white marble plaque with a memorial inscription.
