28 soldiers who died on August 8, 1943 during the liberation of the villages of Lozove and Vesele from the German-Nazi invaders and died of wounds from August 18 to 29, 1943 are buried. The names of 11 dead are known. In 1959, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which a reinforced concrete sculpture of a warrior was installed in the same year. On the front side of the brick pedestal there is a board with an inscription. There is a plaque on the grave with text and the names of the dead. In 1967, 6 boards with the names of 105 compatriot soldiers who died on the fronts of World War II and inscriptions were installed on both sides of the grave on concrete bases.
