17 Soviet soldiers who died in March 1943 during the first attempt to liberate the village and soldiers who died in battles for the liberation of the village from German-Nazi invaders in August 1943 were buried. The village was finally liberated on August 8, 1943. The names of all the dead are known. In 1969, a ferroconcrete sculpture of a warrior was installed on the grave, and the brick pedestal was plastered. To the left of the grave, two concrete boards with an inscription, the names of 12 fallen soldiers and the names of 17 compatriot soldiers who died on the fronts of the Second World War, were installed on concrete foundations.
