His name is known far beyond the borders of Ukraine. A brilliant hussar, a brave surveyor, a schemer who did not speak to anyone for three years, but only prayed — Oleksandr Bulatovych is also a national hero of Ethiopia! Today's line of the state border of this distant hot country is partly his merit. Moreover, the topographic maps he made are still used by the inhabitants of Africa today.
