5 Soviet soldiers who died in September 1943 in the battles for the liberation of the village from German-Nazi invaders and soldiers who died of wounds in the hospital stationed here between September 5 and 26, 1943 are buried. The names of all the dead are known. The village was liberated from the German-Nazi invaders on September 2, 1943 by units. In 1946, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave. In 1971, a pyramid-shaped brick obelisk with a star on top was installed on the grave. In the same year, five tombstones were installed behind the obelisk, symbolizing the number of known surnames of fallen soldiers-compatriots. Their names are also listed on the memorial plaque installed on the memorial sign in honor of the fallen soldiers-compatriots, which was erected in the center of the village. On the fronts of the Second World War and in partisan units in the fight against the German 368 villagers participated in the Nazi invaders, 143 of them died. In 1971, a reinforced concrete sculpture of a warrior was erected on a stone trapezoidal pedestal in honor of the fallen soldiers-compatriots. On the front side of the pedestal there is a board with an inscription. In 1990, the sculpture of the warrior was encased in copper.
