On the fronts of the Second World War and in partisan units in the fight against German-Nazi invaders, 286 villagers took part, 177 of them died. In honor of the fallen soldiers-compatriots, a reinforced concrete sculpture of a warrior on a brick pedestal was installed. Ahead is an Eternal Flame outlet. Behind the sculpture is a three-part brick stele. The central part of the stele has a star on top and a bas-relief image of the Order of Victory, on the sides it has orders of the Great Patriotic War. On each part of the stele there are two relief inscriptions and 16 memorial plaques with the names of the dead. Hero of the Soviet Union Andriy Korniyovych Alekseev (1920 - 44) is among the fallen soldiers-compatriots.
