77 soldiers of the 218th and 337th infantry divisions, the 8th motorised infantry division and the 35th Tank Brigade, who died during the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders on 20 August 1943. The names of all those buried are known. In 1956, the remains of the dead were transferred from different places to a mass grave, where in 1961 a concrete monument was erected on a brick pedestal. Two steles were erected on both sides of the sculpture of the soldier, on which 5 metal plaques with inscriptions and names of soldiers from Ukraine who died on the the frontlines of the Second World War. The historical monument is listed in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine under the category of local significance (protection no. 4102-CM). Order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine of 10.02.2020 No. 630.
