Rud Pylyp Sergeyovich (December 5, 1910, village of Bystryk - October 5, 1942, with. Lukashenkivske, Sumy region) - partisan, political officer of the company, poet (pseud. Pylypko), member of the Writers' Union of Ukraine (1961). Participant of the Great Patriotic War. In 1941, the military correspondent P. Rud was surrounded and imprisoned in the Konotop POW camp. He ran away from there. In 1942 joined the partisan unit under the command of two-time Hero of the Soviet Union S. Kovpak. In the unit, the communist P. Rud was the company's political engineer, the editor of the printed newspaper of the unit "Red Partizan". Died during hostilities. Awarded Order of the Patriotic War, 1 st. He was buried in a mass grave of partisans in the village of Lukashenkivske. Posthumously admitted to the Union of Writers of Ukraine. The Sumy Regional Committee of the Komsomol established a literary prize named after P. Rudya. The monument was created with funds collected by the Komsomol organizations of Sumy Oblast. The composition is a cast-iron bust on a high and wide brick plinth lined with marble slabs, which, together with the plinth, gives the monument monumentality. In May 2018, the monument was moved from Krolevets to its small homeland - the village of Bystryk. Approved natural and local history tourist route "Pylipova path". The beginning of the route is supposed to be near the bust of Pylyp Rudyu.
