There are 262 Soviet soldiers buried who died during the liberation of the village from Nazi invaders in August 1943, when the village was in the combat zone of the 155th Infantry Division. The village was finally liberated on August 9, 1943. The names of 203 soldiers are known. In 1957, the remains of the dead were transferred from different places to a mass grave, where a concrete sculpture of the a soldier was installed. To the left of the sculpture, a brick cemented stele was installed in 1957. There are two white marble plaques with inscriptions and 10 white marble slabs with the names of 166 soldiers from the country who died during World War II. Near the stele there are 9 white marble slabs with the names of of the soldiers-liberators. The historical monument is listed in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine under the category of local significance (protection no. 4085-CM). Order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine dated 10.02.2020 No. 630.
