Eight partisans of M.Finenko's unit, which operated in the village during the period of temporary occupation, were buried:
O.Lystopad, M.Nalyvaiko, A.Ochkurenko, M.Ochkurenko, I.Ochkurenko, M.Pelykh, P.Pelykh,
A. Yakovenko and 36 Soviet soldiers who died during the liberation of the village from the Nazi
invaders in August 1943, when the village was in the combat zone of the 166th Infantry
Division and the 3rd Guards Tank Corps. The village was liberated on 23 August 1943.
In 1957, the remains of the dead were transferred from different places to a mass grave, where a concrete sculpture of a
year, a concrete sculpture of a soldier on a brick pedestal was installed.
In 1975, to the right of the sculpture, 5 concrete slabs with
memorial inscriptions and the names of the fallen soldiers-liberators, 25 civilians
who died during the occupation of the village in 1941-43, and 87 fallen soldiers from the village.
In 1986, the concrete slabs were replaced by a concrete stele with memorial inscriptions
and the names of the fallen soldiers and soldiers from the village. The historical monument is listed in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine under the category of local significance (protection no. 4080-CM). Order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine of 10.02.2020 No. 630.
