115 soldiers of the 33rd 7th Infantry Division, who died during the liberation of the village from German-Nazi invaders on August 19, 1943 and died of wounds between August 20 and September 29, 1943 in the hospitals stationed here, are buried here. The names of all the dead are known. In 1965, the remains of soldiers from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which in the same year a concrete sculpture of a soldier with a memorial inscription on a brick pedestal was installed. At the base of the grave there is a cast-iron plate with a memorial inscription. In 1967, two cemented brick slabs were installed on both sides of the grave, on which 12 cast-iron slabs with an inscription and the names of 259 soldiers from the villages of Kalyuzhne, Vershina, Grunka, Gudymivka, Zabugy, Ishchenka, Korchany, Lyashki, Topchii, Triguby, Cheremukhivka, who died during the Second World War.
