40 soldiers who died on September 9, 1943 during the liberation of the village from the Nazi invaders are buried. The names of the 33 dead are known. In 1951, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which an obelisk was erected in 1953. In 1962, the obelisk was replaced by a reinforced concrete sculpture of a warrior with a memorial inscription on a brick pedestal. On both sides of the sculpture there are stelae with the names of fallen soldiers. On the back side of the sculpture, there are two steles in the shape of a lowered flag with the names of 413 compatriot soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War.
