8 soldiers who died on September 23, 1941 during the defense of the village and its liberation from the Nazi invaders on September 13, 1943 were buried. The names of all the dead are known. In 1955, the remains of the dead from different places were transferred to a mass grave, on which a reinforced concrete sculpture of a warrior was installed in the same year. On the front side of the brick pedestal there is a board with an inscription. In 1966, to the left of the sculpture, a brick stele was installed with boards on which 189 surnames of compatriot soldiers who died during the Second World War were engraved.
