Eight partisans of the partisan detachment under the command of P. Kul'omza were buried, who who died in a battle with the Nazis in 1942. During the occupation of the village by the Nazi invaders in October 1941, two underground groups were created in the village partisan groups were created in the village in October 1941, which were later transformed into partisan units. One of these groups, under the command of P. Kul'omza operated in the Hrynka district, the other in the Vovchansk forests in Kharkiv region. The names of all the dead partisans are known: I. Bondar, A. Haidych, P. Yevtushenko, S. Kuts, K. Prus, F. Sudia, H. Udovychenko, and M. Shapar. In the same mass grave, 47 soldiers of the 206th and 100th infantry divisions, the 183rd Tank Brigade of the 10th Tank Corps, who died on August 26, 1943 during the liberation of of the village. The names of all the dead are known. Among the fallen soldiers-fellow countrymen are Andrii Mykolaiovych Dekhtiarenko (1909 - 42) - Hero of the of the Soviet Union (21.07.1942), squadron commander of the 580th Fighter Aviation Regiment, Lieutenant.
