There are 54 Soviet soldiers buried who died during the liberation of the village from Nazi invaders in August 1943, when the village was in the combat zone of the 100th Infantry Division. The village was liberated on August 26, 1943. The names of all those buried are known. In 1953, the remains of the fallen were transferred from different places to a mass grave, where in the same year a concrete sculpture of a soldier with a memorial inscription
on a brick pedestal. At the base of the pedestal is a cast-iron plaque with a memorial inscription. On the grave
4 cast-iron plates are laid containing the names of the fallen soldiers-liberators.
The historical monument is listed in the State Register of Immovable Monuments of Ukraine under the category of local significance (protection no. 4039-CM). Order of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine dated 10.02.2020 No. 630.
